CozyKidsStories ("we", "our", "us") provides bedtime stories for children ages 3-8. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account information: If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive an anonymous Apple user identifier and, when you allow, your name and email address provided by Apple.
• Purchase information: We process subscription status and related transaction identifiers from Apple to enable premium access and restore purchases.
• App usage data: Your chosen favorites, reading history/progress, voice and display preferences, and other settings necessary to provide core features.
• Diagnostics (limited): Crash logs or basic analytics may be collected to maintain app stability and improve performance. We do not use third‑party advertising SDKs.

How We Use Information

• Authenticate users, provide and sync subscriptions, and restore purchases.
• Provide reading/favorite history, voice settings, and continue‑listening features.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the app's content and experience.

Children's Privacy

The app is designed for young children and collects only the minimum information needed to operate the service. We do not show third‑party ads. Parents can contact us to review or delete a child's account data at any time.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by service providers only to operate the app:

• Apple (In‑App Purchases, Sign in with Apple)
• Firebase by Google (authentication, database, hosting, and analytics)

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and agreements.

Data Retention

We retain account and subscription information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion at any time; upon deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data unless we must keep it for legal reasons.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International Transfers

Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

• You can sign out or delete your account in the app (where available) and request data deletion via email.
